Ok, I have to get my hard head ready for this challenge next week. I know if I set my mind to it, I can do it and John I do have more than 2lbs to lose! I've set a personal goal for myself and I think thats great idea for everyone to do.
Thanks for all of the tips so far! This is great information for everyone. I will be cutting out breads, sodas, salad dressings, etc. Anything thats white is pretty much bad for you so I'm going to try and stay away also.
